Cake Dutchess modelling paste is naturally very firm, you might even say “rock hard” when it comes out of the tub, don’t let it scare you!
Just cut off small pieces of the paste using a knife and knead together till soft. It doesn’t require any tylose powder or CMC powder.
As such it stays in shape once moulded, doesn’t sag and also has a very shiny and smooth texture, even after modelling for a while.
With a super white appearance, it is a brilliant paste to start off with, but also extremely easy to colour with gel pastes.

Ingredients: Sugar (67%), glucose syrup, vegetable shortening (palm kernel, palm), invert sugar syrup, water, emulsifier (E471), stabiliser (E415), flavour (milk), stabiliser (E415). May contain traces of soybeans, nuts, sulphites.

The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
The item cannot be used and in the original packaging. You must have the item in its original packaging.
