Saracino’s Modelling Paste is a lot firmer than your average modelling paste, as it has been specially designed with extra durability, allowing it to roll to a thickness of 1mm! It is perfect for fine flower modelling, allowing you to create the most lifelike sugar flowers for your cake decoration.
Despite the firmer feel, it is still a dream to work with, offering both flexibility and a flawlessly smooth texture. You can bend and shape this paste with minimal risk of tearing or cracking, ensuring the most intricate and delicate petals and leaves! The Modelling Paste dries firm and holds its shape. With a high concentration of cocoa butter, the paste will not dry out too quickly allowing you to fine tune your modelling creation.
Thinly rolled paste works great with cutters, making this paste an ideal choice. It comes in a beautiful range of pastel and deep colours with a delicious taste of vanilla and chocolate.

Use: Saracino is a very firm and compact modelling paste when opened. Prepare the paste for modelling by manipulating/kneading it for a few minutes to obtain a soft consistency. To accelerate the softening process, the paste can be warmed for a few seconds in a microwave to help knead into a soft pliable paste. Simply shape and let it rest until the decoration is hard then place on your cake.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
