Nestle White Couverture Chocolate Arctic is a very high-quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter. The higher percentage of cocoa butter, combined with proper tempering, gives the chocolate more sheen, firmer ‘snap’ when broken and a creamy mellow flavour. The Milk Couverture Chocolate can be used to make a hard setting ganache which will give you a firm surface under your fondant.
White Couverture Chocolate is perfect when creating on-trend Chocolate Sails or for using in Moulds. It must be coloured with Oil Based Food Colours. We highly recommend the range of Colour Mill colours.
